What is Social Listening?

Social listening involves tracking and analyzing online conversations about your brand, products, or industry across various social media platforms. This allows you to:

  • Discover who is talking about your brand, both inside and outside of your ambassador program.

  • Capture and centralize organic UGC to repurpose and enhance your marketing efforts.

Key Features of Roster's Social Listening

Comprehensive @Mention Tracking

  • Capture @mention of your brand across Instagram Feed Posts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Posts even from users not part of your ambassador program.

  • Capture @mention of your brand across Tiktok and X from users who are part of an ambassador program.

Hashtag Campaigns

  • Create campaigns to specifically track hashtag usage on posts that @mention the brand, gaining insights from both program members and non-members.

Engagement Metrics and Filtering Ability

  • Top engagement posts: Identify posts with the highest likes, comments, and overall engagement.

  • You can also filter by social network, date range, and criteria like "Most Recent," "Most Engagement," and "Most Followers."

  • Filter by “No program” to see posts from outside your ambassador community.

Social Listening in the Social Feed tab:

  • Social Feed: Access all posts related to your brand, organized for easy navigation.

  • Favorites: Curate a collection of your ambassadors' most impactful posts by clicking the star button.

  • Archive: Store posts you no longer wish to see in your main feed to keep your view clutter-free.

  • Download posts: Save copies of important posts directly from the Social Feed.

  • Direct profile access: Click on a profile's name or icon to navigate to the social platform or internal profile.

Social Listening in the Contacts tab:

  • Go to the Contacts tab in your Roster account.
