Getting Your Socials Integrated with Roster

Integrating your social media accounts with Roster allows your ambassadors to tag and mention your brand on their social platforms, driving traffic to your social media profiles. This creates a direct link between ambassadors and your brand, expanding your reach and attracting new audiences. Roster serves as a centralized hub for managing ambassador activities, tracking content impact, and engaging with their followers. This integration enhances brand visibility, fosters authenticity, and strengthens trust among your target audience.

Getting Started:

  • Once you're logged in to Roster, you can access the integrations settings by following these instructions:

Facebook & Instagram Connection:

  • Locate the Company name in the bottom left corner and click on it.

  • Within the pop-up, find the "Integrations" section and click on it.

  • Look for the options labeled "Facebook & Instagram" and click "Connect" within the integrations list. Click "Connect"


NOTE: If you haven't connected Instagram to your Facebook Business page and want to have both Facebook and Instagram integrated within the Roster platform go to this document here.

  • After you've clicked "Connect" you'll be taken to Facebook where a pop-up will appear. You'll select the Business page you want to connect to Roster and click "Next"

  • You'll then be prompted to a second pop-up that will give you the chance to customize how the connection works. Once you're finished reviewing this click "Done"


TikTok Connection:

  • Locate the Company name in the bottom left corner and click on it.

  • Within the settings menu, find the "Integrations" section and click on it.

  • Look for the options labeled "TikTok" and click "Connect" within the integrations list. Click "Connect"


  • After you've clicked "Connect" a pop-up will appear. You'll simply enter your TikTok handle or username as well as your profile name and click "Save"


You've done it! You connected your TikTok to Roster and you can now run campaigns and actions with your ambassadors that have TikTok!


Twitter Connection:

  • Locate the Company name in the bottom left corner and click on it.

  • Within the settings menu, find the "Integrations" section and click on it.

  • Look for the options labeled "Twitter" and click "Connect" within the integrations list. Click "Connect"

  • After you've clicked "Connect" you'll be taken to Twitter where a pop-up will appear. You'll select the "Authorize app" and be taken back to the Roster Brand Portal.


Great job! You've connected your Twitter to Roster and are ready to start having your ambassadors use Twitter as a tool for marketing!
