In order for the Roster system to be able to pull in your post and attribute it to your account, it needs to @ mention the brand correctly. It's a common mistake for people to copy/paste text or not select the brand from the auto-complete list when typing the @ mention for the brand's name.

How To

For example, if I want to @ mention Roster I would begin typing "@Roster" and then select the correct option from the list of brands in the auto-complete suggestions.

*It's also important to note that you must @mention the brand in the caption (not hidden in a comment) in order for your post to be counted.

Verification

To check if you have mentioned the brand correctly you can click on the "Refresh" button in the campaign activities section and the system will pull your 10 most recent posts and look for your post with the correct mention and hashtag for the campaign.
