Overview Tab

  • Campaign Status:

    At the heart of your campaign analysis is the Campaign Status section. Here, you'll find a dynamic dashboard offering real-time insights into various vital statistics:

    • Added: Discover how many individuals have been seamlessly integrated into your campaign.

    • Emails Sent: Monitor the outreach efforts by keeping tabs on the total number of emails dispatched.

    • Opened: Gain a deeper understanding of engagement with the Open Rate metric, showcasing the percentage of recipients who opened the emails.

    • Joined: Measure the allure of your campaign by assessing the rate at which participants join.

    • Completed: See who's crossed the finish line by identifying those who've met the campaign requirements.

  • Completion Metrics:

    Beyond the initial engagement lies the realm of commitment. Completion Metrics allow you to analyze how effectively your campaign transforms interest into action:

    • Participation Rate: This insightful metric gauges the level of interest, reflecting the proportion of participants who've joined the campaign.

    • Completion Rate: Assess commitment by identifying participants who both joined and successfully completed the campaign, indicating a higher degree of involvement.

  • Content:

    A campaign's content forms its backbone. The Content Analysis section provides a comprehensive view of your creative efforts:

    • Posts: Here, you can see how many posts your ambassadors have created for the campaign.

    • Stories: Here, you can see how many stories your ambassadors have created for the campaign.

    • Uploads: Here, you can see how many uploads your ambassadors have created for the campaign.

    • Links: Here, you can see how many Links your ambassadors have created for the campaign.

NOTE: You can also find these statistics in the "Content" Tab.

  • Follower Reach:

    Your campaign's influence extends far beyond immediate participants. The Follower Reach metric measures the total cumulative reach of your content, reflecting the potential scope of impact.

  • Engagement Rate:

    In the age of social media, engagement holds immense value. The Engagement Rate, calculated by dividing total engagements (likes and comments) by the overall reach, helps you assess the level of interaction and audience involvement.

    • Likes: The total number of likes this campaign has produced.

    • Comments: The total number of comments this campaign has produced.

    • Plays: The total number of times ambassadors' video posts were played.

    • Total: The combined total of all three.

Understanding and harnessing these core metrics empowers you to refine your campaign strategy, target your efforts, and amplify your impact. As we delve deeper into each metric, you'll gain actionable insights on how to optimize your Ambassador campaign for success.


Content

A campaign's content forms its backbone. The Content Analysis section provides a comprehensive view of your creative efforts:

  • Posts: Here, you can see how many posts your ambassadors have created for the campaign.

  • Stories: Here, you can see how many stories your ambassadors have created for the campaign.

  • Uploads: Here, you can see how many uploads your ambassadors have created for the campaign.

  • Links: Here, you can see how many Links your ambassadors have created for the campaign.


Participants

Within the Participants Tab, brands can access crucial insights about each ambassador's campaign involvement:

  • Ambassador: Identity ambassadors and their unique contributions.

  • Status: Determine where each ambassador stands in the campaign journey, from Invite Sent to Joined and beyond.

  • Submissions: Monitor the number of submissions made by each ambassador.

  • Reach: Measure the collective audience reached by an ambassador's content.

  • Likes: Observe the total number of likes garnered by an ambassador's posts.

  • Comments: Track the number of comments received on an ambassador's content.

  • Engagement: Calculate overall engagement by combining likes and comments.

  • Progress: Gauge an ambassador's progression within the campaign, assessing their commitment and contributions.

NOTE: You can filter Participants by the ambassador's name or email and/or their status.


Rewards

Within the Rewards Tab, brands can access crucial insights about each ambassador's rewards information:

  • Ambassador: Identity ambassadors and their unique contributions.

  • Program: Identify which Program the ambassador is a part of.

  • Reward: Identify what the reward owed to the ambassador is.

  • Created: See the date the reward was created in the Roster system.

  • Status: Identify if the reward is fulfilled or needs fulfillment.
