Media Permission Missing on Instagram Connection
If you see a message in Roster stating that your "Media" permission is missing when connecting your Instagram account. Follow these steps to reconnect and ensure you turn on this optional permission when granting Roster permissions to pull social media from your social media account.
First, disconnect Roster from your Instagram account.
In the Instagram web app go to Apps and Websites in your account settings and remove Roster as a connected app.
Then go back into the Roster app and remove the Instagram connection if it is still currently connected and then reconnect. This time ensure that the "Media" permission is enabled as shown below.
