Overview

If you are having issues signing up or signing in, you may receive an error message. We'll go through two different scenarios outlined with screenshots and how-to steps get you into your Roster Ambassador account. In addition to this, we'll go through the steps needed on how to reset your password.

Scenario: Are you trying to login when you haven't signed up yet?

Click the "Create an account" link to sign up for a new account. Also ensure to enter the email address which was used in the brand campaign invitation that was sent to you.


Scenario: Are you signing up or logging in with the wrong email?

Step 1: Log out of your current account

Step 2: Make sure you are signing in or signing up with the email that you initially received your campaign invite from. If you try with an alternative email not associated with a brand, this message will appear.


Forgot Password

If you have signed up before and forgot your password, then fill out the form to receive an email to reset your password. If you don't receive this email (in your inbox or spam folder) then this means that email doesn't exist in our system yet and you should create a new account.


Still not working? Reach out to Roster Support with your issue and be sure to include the email address you intend to use along with the brand you are working with.
