In the Facebook window, I get an error message.
Try reconnecting, or create a new Facebook page during the connection process. If this fails, create the page directly on facebook.com and retry.
I follow all the steps but don't see my Instagram profile in Roster.
Double-check if your Instagram account has successfully switched to a Professional account and that it's properly linked to a Facebook page.

Switching to a Professional account is mandatory for accessing analytics and integrating Instagram Posts & Reels with Roster campaigns. Simply follow Instagram’s prompts to switch, then complete the setup.

Your Instagram account is now switched to Professional, linked to a Facebook page, and connected to Roster. This setup provides access to insights and analytics and allows Roster to pull in Instagram Stories for campaigns.
