2. Reports

  • Sales Attribution -

Roster's Sales Attribution feature offers brands a powerful tool to gain valuable insights into the impact of their advocacy program on sales revenue. This section provides comprehensive reports that track and attribute sales to specific advocate activities, enabling brands to understand the direct influence of their advocates on driving conversions and revenue generation. The reports include detailed information on New Customers, Referred Revenue, Personal Orders Revenue, and Total Revenue, all of which can be filtered by program and date, among other customizable options. By analyzing these reports, brands can identify their most effective advocacy initiatives, measure the return on investment (ROI) of their advocacy efforts, and optimize their marketing strategies accordingly. This data-driven approach empowers brands to make informed decisions, refine their advocacy programs, and further capitalize on the potential of their loyal advocates to boost sales and fuel sustainable business growth.

  • Referred Orders - Roster's Referred Order reporting feature is a specialized tool designed to focus exclusively on tracking and analyzing referral orders within the advocacy program. This section provides brands with detailed reports that attribute sales specifically to referrals made by advocates, giving valuable insights into the performance and impact of different Referral Methods. The reports showcase key metrics such as the number of Referred Orders, Revenue from Referrals, and the effectiveness of each Referral Method in driving conversions. Brands can conveniently filter the data by program, date, or other criteria, allowing for a deeper understanding of the most successful Referral Methods used by their advocates. With this information, brands can identify the most effective advocacy strategies, incentivize successful Referral Methods, and optimize their referral reward programs to further leverage the power of word-of-mouth marketing and drive substantial revenue growth.

  • Social Content - The Social Content Report in Roster offers brand-specific social metrics for ambassadors, including Total Followers, Engagements, Posts, and Reach. This data helps assess ambassador impact, identify top performers, and optimize influencer strategies. Enhancing brand awareness and visibility in the digital space becomes achievable with this valuable social media analytics.

  • Campaign Participants - The Campaign Participation Report in Roster provides brands with a clear overview of their advocates' engagement with different campaigns. This report displays advocate names along with the number of campaigns they have joined, been invited to, and successfully completed. By accessing this data, brands can gauge the level of advocate involvement, identify highly active participants, and measure campaign effectiveness. With a deeper understanding of advocate participation, brands can tailor their outreach, recognize and incentivize top contributors, and optimize future campaign strategies to drive even greater advocate engagement and campaign success.

  • Customer Purchase - The Customer Purchase Report in Roster presents brands with essential data on ambassador purchasing behavior. It includes ambassador names, the total number of orders placed by each ambassador, and the cumulative value of their orders. This report allows brands to track individual ambassador spending patterns, identify top customers among their advocates, and assess the overall impact of their advocacy program on sales revenue. With this valuable information, brands can strengthen their relationships with high-value ambassadors, implement targeted marketing strategies, and provide personalized incentives to further drive ambassador loyalty and advocacy. Ultimately, the Customer Purchase Report empowers brands to leverage the purchasing power of their advocates, foster brand loyalty, and maximize the potential of their advocate-driven sales efforts.

3. Social Feed

  • Roster collects all social media posts that include your brand name and/or hashtag from your connected social media accounts. Depending on your subscription, Roster can show all posts or only those from your program members. You can filter the social feed by program, date, and social network, and delete or hide individual posts.

  • Programs in the Roster platform are designed to help brands organize and manage different groups of advocates based on their goals and objectives. With Roster, brands can create different programs such as influencers, ambassadors, athlete professionals, industry professionals, and customers, each with its own unique set of applications, discount codes, incentives, and campaigns. This allows brands to tailor their outreach and engagement efforts based on the specific needs and interests of each advocate group, while also providing a more streamlined and efficient process for managing their overall advocacy program.

  • All Contacts -

On the All Contacts page, you can access all the profiles that have been added to your CRM. To view profiles for a specific program, use the dropdown menu at the top and select the program you want. You can also add filters to narrow down your search based on a variety of options. Additionally, there's a tab on the top left where you can review any pending applicants who have submitted applications but haven't been approved yet.

  • Applicants -

The Contacts Applicants page in Roster allows brands to manage and review pending advocate applications efficiently. It simplifies the process of evaluating potential advocates before accepting them into the program, ensuring a curated and aligned advocate community. Brands can use filters and search options to make the selection process more targeted and personalized.

  • Milestones are a pivotal feature in the Roster platform, leveraging gamification to drive advocate engagement and build brand loyalty. By rewarding brand ambassadors with points for completing campaigns, actions, and referrals, brands inspire active participation in social media marketing efforts. As advocates progress through milestone levels, they unlock enticing rewards, fostering a sense of accomplishment and recognition. This motivational structure deepens commitment to the brand's mission and encourages advocates to passionately promote the brand, generating organic buzz and fostering a strong sense of community. The gamified approach of milestones enhances the advocacy experience, making advocates feel valued and appreciated for their efforts. As a result, brands witness increased loyalty, amplified brand awareness, and sustainable growth through their dedicated advocate community.

  • Campaigns are a great way to engage with your advocates and give them different tasks such as posting on social media, uploading content, leaving reviews, sharing discount codes, and more. Within campaigns, you can complete creative briefs to provide specific guidelines to your advocates in order to complete the tasks. By creating multiple campaigns and attaching them to your program, you can automatically add members to the campaigns and track their progress toward completing the tasks.

  • Actions are ongoing, quick activities ambassadors can participate in, earning them points as rewards. Unlike campaigns, actions have a single requirement and only offer points towards the ambassador's Milestone series as rewards upon completion. They provide continuous opportunities for ambassador engagement, with options to customize or choose from templates. Actions can be recurring, such as sharing a weekly Instagram Story, and are versatile in their objectives, including collecting feedback, generating product reviews, and boosting social post visibility. Actions focus on maintaining brand engagement through a streamlined process.

  • Referral Rewards on Roster are an effective way to incentivize your advocates and show your gratitude for their word-of-mouth marketing efforts. By setting up referral rewards, you can offer commissions or points to advocates who drive sales to your store. With Roster's Referral Rewards feature, you have full control over which advocates are eligible for rewards and which type of rewards they receive. Referral rewards can help increase customer acquisition and boost sales, making them a valuable addition to any advocacy program.

10. More

  • Discounts - Roster's Discount Code section offers brands a powerful tool to create, manage, and track various discount codes within their advocacy program. Brands can effortlessly generate unique codes for different advocate groups, including influencers, ambassadors, and customers, tailoring promotions to specific audiences. The platform enables easy customization of discount parameters, such as percentage or fixed value discounts, expiration dates, and usage limits, providing brands with full control over their promotional campaigns. Moreover, Roster allows for detailed code tracking, giving brands insights into the effectiveness and impact of each code on sales and conversions. With this level of flexibility and data-driven visibility, brands can optimize their discount strategies, foster advocate engagement, and drive substantial growth in revenue and customer acquisition.

  • Rewards - The Rewards section in Roster provides brands with a comprehensive overview of their various reward offerings within the advocacy program. Brands can easily access details about each type of reward, including its creation date, the campaign it is connected to, the total number of eligible ambassadors eligible for the reward, the number of ambassadors who have already been awarded, and the number of rewards that still need fulfillment. This data empowers brands to efficiently manage their rewards program, ensuring that advocates receive the recognition they deserve for their efforts and contributions. By tracking reward statistics, brands can optimize their incentive strategies, maintain advocate engagement, and foster a motivated and loyal advocate community that continues to drive positive outcomes for the brand's marketing initiatives.

  • Properties - The Properties tab in Roster serves as a centralized hub for managing and creating custom properties that brands can utilize for data collection and organization. This feature enables brands to tailor their advocacy program to specific needs and objectives by adding custom questions to the application form or defining unique data fields to associate with their contacts. Whether it's gathering additional information from advocates during the application process or populating essential details through data uploads, the Properties tab provides the flexibility to accommodate diverse data requirements. By leveraging custom properties, brands can gain deeper insights into their advocates, enhance communication and engagement, and ultimately optimize their advocacy program for greater success.
